Livestock Refunds

In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please submit notice of any livestock losses within 2 hours of a FIRST ATTEMPT delivery to: sales@oceanicgardens.com

  • A clear picture of the DOA must be sent.
  • Frag must be attached to plug or return is VOID.
  • Please do NOT return orders without authorization from Oceanic Gardens.
  • Refund credit will be available towards next purchase.

Merch Refunds

BUYER PROTECTION

If in the unlikely event that any item in your order is damaged or misprinted, please let us know within 1 week of delivery. If your order appears to be lost in transit (2 weeks have passed since the estimated delivery date on the provided tracking link), please let us know by emailing info@oceanicgardens.com. After assessing the situation, you will have the option of either a free reshipment or full refund of the damaged or lost item(s).
